Adriana Defrancisco is one of the Co-Founders and Managing Partners of Offix Systems and subsidiaries. Mrs. Defrancisco is also the Chief Executive Officer and the Head of Interior Design of Offix Systems. She is based in the Allentown, Pennsylvania headquarters and showroom in the Two City Center building on Hamilton Street.
Mrs. Defrancisco served on the Board of Governors at St. Luke's Hospital Allentown and as a Board Member of the Lehigh Valley Workforce Investment Board from 2009 to 2012. She also served as the Board Director for the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corp., working to represent the needs and interests of the Office of Minority and Women-Owned Businesses from 2011 to 2012.
She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Pratt Institute and an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business.
Mrs. Defrancisco founded Offix Systems with Juan C. Vidal, Rodrigo Defrancisco, and Hernando Defrancisco in 2002 as a remanufacturing company servicing local furniture dealers with reupholstering and refinishing pre-owned furniture.
In 2006 the company pivoted the business from remanufacturing to becoming a distributor of Teknion products and providing interior design and planning for commercial spaces including but not limited to: corporate, hospitality, and higher education. Since then, Offix Systems has expanded internationally with locations in the Dominican Republic and Spain.
Mrs. Defrancisco's business philosophy focuses on customer service and satisfaction, “Our competitors have excellent products as well, but what sets us apart from the pack is our professionalism, our commitment to meeting and exceeding customers’ needs, our versatility, and our timeliness. Choosing to work with Offix is to choose excellence on delivery of services and products unmatched in our industry.”
Her guiding principle of “customer experience first” translates to an office culture and management style that allows Offix employees the freedom to create unique solutions, surpass client expectations, and work towards a common goal without the need for operational uniformity.
