Keith Anthony started working part-time in 2011 with Offix Systems at our previous Showroom located at the Retail shops at The Promenade in Center Valley. Keith handled the walk-in retail and small commercial sales along with replenishment of Showroom inventory.
This is where Keith began to learn the various commercial furniture lines from Teknion as well as the other numerous furniture suppliers. Keith eventually became a full-time Project Manager, responsible for originating all quotes, bids, order-entry, and purchase orders along with handling various internal IT-related tasks.
Prior to working at Offix, Keith’s work background was in Industrial/Retail product manufacturing and marketing in which he held positions as a Quality Control Manager, Production Planning Manager, and Product/Business Unit Manager.
This experience provided him with a background and the skills in the understanding of manufacturing, planning/scheduling, marketing, and sales as well as directly working with customers; all of which he utilizes at Offix in providing quotes to customers promptly and following through to completion of the project.
Keith says that “here at Offix we all have the same work ethic of helping each other and pitching in to do whatever it takes to get the job done and satisfy our customer. At Offix, there’s no such thing as ‘It’s Not My Job’.”
His work philosophy is that he never settles for telling customers, management, or co-workers that something can’t be done; Instead, he always considers every option or alternative to meet the company’s or client’s needs and goals. He also believes that no matter what your position in the company, you represent that company, where everyone is responsible for sales and customer service. You’re never too old to learn something new
